Cancellation Policy
We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancellation fee of $25.
Latecomer
Policy
“Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, may need rescheduling or all services may not be to be performed. Ex- If you book for silk press and hydration treatment, we may have to forego the hydration treatment.
No Show
Policy
“Please be advised that our salon has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows must put down deposit or pay in full for future bookings.
Kid Policy
“To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children in the salon unless being serviced. Failure to follow this policy may result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled.
Refund Policy
​“If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.”
Privacy Policy
Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.”
Right to Refuse Policy
“Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.”
Health & Safe Policy
“The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested.”
Product Refund Policy
“We do not provide refunds of any kind however if a product is faulty then we will exchange it
Payment Polcy
“Deposits must be paid to book the following services, loc extensions, micro locs , instant locs , or any other lengthy service.
Payment for all services can be made by cash, cash app, apple pay, and all major credit or debit cards.
